Open question — rain call If rain is forecast, our day-of coordinator will check with you and make the call by 9:00 AM on the day. Does that work?

Open question — groom's room The bride gets ready in the bridal suite on the 2nd floor. Is there a room on the 1st floor the groom can use from 12:00 PM until the ceremony at 4:00 PM, to get ready, and for him and the 3 groomsmen to change into their suits? If not, a quiet corner with a chair, a mirror, and a power outlet would work.

Open question — sparkler entrance At 7:00 PM we'd like a short sparkler entrance from the terrace outside the 1st floor, with guests in two lines up to the door. Are sparklers allowed there (we'd have a bucket of water ready)? And how is the terrace lit at night?

Open question — reception tables We're planning 5 long tables on the 3rd floor, with 8 – 10 guests each (up to 50), plus a table for the two of us. How long are your long tables: do they seat 10 (about 2.4 – 3 m), or do you join two together? And with 5 tables plus ours, is there still a clear walkway for the caterer and for our table toasts?

Open question — elevator Guests move four times: up to the balcony at 3:50 PM, down to the garden at 4:25 PM, up to the 3rd floor at 5:20 PM, and down to the 1st floor at 6:50 PM. How many people fit in the elevator per trip?

Open question — umbrellas You offered to prepare clear umbrellas. Please prepare about 30 for our guests. Can you confirm?

Open question — getting guests home We're giving every guest a taxi coupon for the ride home. How long do taxis usually take to come up at night, and is there a taxi company you'd recommend?

Open question — snakes The walkway to the lower farm is roped off because of snakes. Is the path to the boardwalk safe for guests at dusk, during cocktail hour?

Furniture set by 1:30 PM: ceremony chairs on the balcony, 5 long reception tables for 8 – 10 and a table for the two of us on the 3rd floor, cocktail tables and a few chairs for older guests in the garden, space for our drinks cart on the terrace outside the 1st floor for cocktail hour, and the party bar in the 1st-floor kitchen
First look on the boardwalk, 1:45 – 2:00 PM. Please keep the path to the boardwalk clear from 1:40 PM
We pack each area as guests leave it: balcony at 5:00 PM, garden at 5:30 PM (the drinks cart, cocktail tables, and the photo bingo spot; the giant flowers stay until 9:15 PM, TBC), 3rd floor at 7:00 PM, 1st floor at 9:00 PM

3:30 – 3:50 PM

Welcome — arrival walkway and entrance

Giant flowers along the arrival walkway and a welcome table at the entrance, set up by our florals and decor team. Guests mingle here until 3:50 PM.

3:50 – 4:30 PM

Ceremony — balcony, under the trellis

Chairs on both sides of an aisle under your lattice trellis. Our florals and decor team adds to the existing orchid garlands.

The garden from the terrace outside the 1st floor

4:30 – 5:30 PM

Cocktail Hour — garden and boardwalk

A drinks cart on the terrace outside the 1st floor, passed appetizers in the garden, giant flowers on the lawn (set up by our florals and decor team), and a photo bingo spot on the boardwalk.

5:30 – 7:00 PM

Reception — 3rd floor

About 40 guests (up to 50) at 5 long tables of 8 – 10, plus a table for the two of us. The decor concept is in the photo; details come once we've met our florals and decor team.

7:00 – 9:00 PM

Party — 1st floor

Sparkler entrance, first dance, parents' dances, and dancing until the send-off. Lanterns, a disco ball, and lighting; details still in progress.
