Decor is split between you and the wedding party. Your list is highlighted. Every item is in the decor checklist.

Use across bouquets, the trellis, centerpieces, linens, ribbon, signage, and lighting. Mix warm and cool — nothing should feel too matchy.
Flowers we love: orchids and calla lilies, plus whatever is in season in Taipei in early March, such as lisianthus, ranunculus, anemones, and sweet peas. Calla lilies are in season at Zhuzihu on Yangmingshan, near the venue. Please suggest what will be freshest that week.

Clusters made ahead go on first, then artificial flowers, then real flowers last so they stay fresh. About 3 hours.
As soon as you arrive, ready for the bride at 12:30 PM: the bride's bouquet and the 3 bridesmaids' bouquets in vases in the bridal suite (2nd floor), boutonnieres to the groom's room (1st floor), and the moms' corsages, the dads' boutonnieres, and the flower boy's boutonniere to our day-of coordinator, who takes delivery.
Line the walkway guests take from the road, through the entrance courtyard, to the entrance. Weigh them down against the wind. Welcome table at the entrance (see giant flowers and welcome table).
A game or photo spot on the boardwalk for photo bingo (which: TBC), from our box. Off the boardwalk path by 1:40 PM: the first look is there at 1:45 PM (start time TBC). The groomsmen put out the photo bingo cards.
On the lawn, in the same style as the entrance (how many: TBC). Paper lanterns and string lights over the garden. The garden is out of sight of the boardwalk, so you can carry on during the first look. Couple photos may use the garden from 2:00 PM (spots TBC).
A flower name place card on each guest's glass (about 40), matched to the seating chart, once the caterer has set the glasses. Done by 3:00 PM.
Trellis finished, then petals down the aisle last. On the 3rd floor: tablescape, centerpieces in water, one menu and a table number on each table, seating chart at the door. Candles placed but not lit. Dance floor decor done on the 1st floor.
Ladders, tools, boxes, and vans out of guest areas before guests arrive at 3:30 PM.
Once family photos finish.

Bring the photo bingo spot in from the boardwalk before dark, while the caterer packs the drinks cart. Whether the giant flowers in the garden come in now or stay until the end of the night: TBC.
Guests take them as they leave the 3rd floor, so please use vases or wraps they can keep.
Guests are on the 1st floor by now. Anything of ours goes into one box for our family.
